Recipe of the week:
To make this divine beast of a smoothie (which tastes like a crunchy in a glass only healthy!) Take -
330ml oat milk
1 large frozen banana
4 or 5 medjool dates
Heaped tablespoon organic maca powder
Blend in a high powered blender (NutriBullet, Vitamix or equivalent) and decorate with cacao nibs, de-hulled hemp seeds, and cacao powder.
It's really that simple! Enjoy xxx
Especially good for nursing mothers as oats are known to help with the production of breast milk, and for people recuperating from illness or low energy as the maca, hemp & cacao will give an added boost to the oat mylk and banana.
